>>29438Maybe. They use that same pastel texture for the lineart, but a lot of people do. With novice artists, you never really know, because their work tends to be stylized according to their ability. Someone who feels confident drawing a portrait isn't necessarily going to do a full profile drawing and vice versa, or they're going to limit themselves to certain perspectives. Plus, a lot of people's drawings are gonna look the same because they have similar interests and similar resources at their disposal.
However, the skin tone for the white characters are different between the pictures, I notice. The black characters are pretty similar, though. I figure, if it's the same artist, they'd use the same palette to depict what's essentially the same skin color.
I do like this genre of cute, emasculated white supremacists, though. I just like that contrast.
