I've recently tried to be a lot more social, this mostly includes saying mundane things out loud instead of keeping them in my head. I hope then that these actions are soothing to individuals who do not enjoy silence and feel more comfortable in a talkative environment.

It;s mostly being conscious of your actions and actively trying to change them, i'm not completely fluid in my talking but I am talking more. One of the biggest barriers is that regular humans talk about their environment and their experiences so when it's my turn to communicate information I can't really talk about strategies and builds because that's not relevant to their world.
