Story of how we met posted above. I don't know why. I don't know why she ever liked me. She got an autist and I lucked myself into minnie driver waifu posh propper English accent and gorgeous body.

I thought I was destined to die a virgin for sure.

My wife didn't do the test, she asked me to do a test for free at the local mensa offices as she was interested in what my IQ is. Loser, no prospects but devour books by Jung, Evola, Heidegger, love art cinema, big Lynch and Kubrick fan.

Her reasoning was, you have the interests of a smart intelligent person but you are completely introverted and have trouble in life.

When I got 139 on the intelligence scales she said this is odd, she is familiar with IQ and its correlation to life success and I took another and the second time got 1 point higher on the scales.

To be honest I think she was a bit gutted deep down, shes from a rich family and had an amazing expensive education and her IQ is lower than mine.

The fact you can't wrap your head around this seems to indicate you probably got a lower score than me. This makes you insecure.

Post too long. Click here to view the full text.

>Flunked out of school
>have a hard time sticking to or doing anything
>have OCD and other neurotic shit
>never worked anything but shit tier jobs and am poor as fuck
>married my wife who is a mensa regional director in 2014
>she was curious as to what my IQ was and got me to do an in test, I got 139 on the first test and 140 on the second test.
>my wife went to oxford and has a succesful career and yet her IQ is several points lower than mine who dropped out of highschool in the first year of highschool and has zero education.

If IQ is really that important why am I such a NEET loser with a big brain nibba IQ ?

I got expelled for fighting, I was the wierd kid and kept fighting until they expelled me.

They tried to get me to go to a naughty person school called malwark but it was filled with psychopaths who were barely literate and after a few fights with niggers I stopped going because it was pointless and dangerous and after awhile the government stopped trying to get me to go. I was essentially a nice id who got bullied and would fight back, the rest were young offenders who would literally sell drugs outside the school gates and threaten teachers lol.

Are…are you me?
I honestly feel as if there is some sort of block on me.
Like ive been nerfed.
154 last test I took.
No motivation, no ambition.
Fucking sucks.
Also had OCD (no more thank god) but still adhd
>>168941935

This is every high IQ person ever. The high IQ causes mental wandering and your only motivation is whatever is actually interesting to you. You have to focus on your strengths. You don't have to do 10 hours a day of work in you. That's for brainlets and mostly they're doing pretend work anyway. Do your one hour or whatever you can manage, make sure you're in flow state, and make it count.

The future is Linux desktop with a near-perfect Windows compatibility layer, or ran in a VM with near full performance and no latency.

Currently this is only possible with GPU passthrough on expensive hardware (Intel's HEDT motherboards are the only ones known to have viable IOMMU groups).

https://virgil3d.github.io/

Something like this could potentially do the same thing with 1 GPU on any regular PC hardware. There's no Windows or D3D support yet though.

I'd just like to interject for a moment. What you’re referring to as Linux, is in fact, GNU/Linux, or as I’ve recently taken to calling it, GNU plus Linux. Linux is not an operating system unto itself, but rather another free component of a fully functioning GNU system made useful by the GNU corelibs, shell utilities and vital system components comprising a full OS as defined by POSIX.
Many computer users run a modified version of the GNU system every day, without realizing it. Through a peculiar turn of events, the version of GNU which is widely used today is often called “Linux”, and many of its users are not aware that it is basically the GNU system, developed by the GNU Project. There really is a Linux, and these people are using it, but it is just a part of the system they use.
Linux is the kernel: the program in the system that allocates the machine’s resources to the other programs that you run. The kernel is an essential part of an operating system, but useless by itself; it can only function in the context of a complete operating system. Linux is normally used in combination with the GNU operating system: the whole system is basically GNU with Linux added, or GNU/Linux. All the so-called “Linux” distributions are really distributions of GNU/Linux.

 No.27018

linux is painfully complicated and inconsistent and arcane but ive constructed a neat, carefully arranged environment in which I ignore everything else and am able to run most of the things I want, and use plan9 for everything it can be used for.
soon, when it has video players, linux will be merely a means of running touhou in wine, a web browser, and a server for my chat programs to make their files available to the nice system.

Designed by God.

Unknown number of plant and fungi species.

You could walk into a forest near you and find a plant or fungus that isn't known to science.

I wish I could know what every single plant on Earth is, and whether it is safe to eat. Then I would have less stress, because I know I wouldn't need to rely on capitalist society and could just live in the woods.

There's surprisingly very little information about edible or useful plants in North America.

It's extremely hard to identify most plants unless they have obvious characteristics, like cattails, which you can eat.

"Top 10 common edible plants" is not what I'm looking for.
