How does that work do you download a list of every single domain:IP mapping on Earth and it's like 500TB?

i'm not sure i understand what do you think this is but it's a name server for my domain only
so when something queries my domain instead of it hitting the registrars default name servers like usual it hits this instead

also all dns records are managed and live here

i was kinda surprised at why am i getting so many nxdomain results and when i looked at what is being queried it was a bunch of subdomains i had setup on the domain's registrar beforehand but did not transfer over because i haven't really used them anymore, why do bots keeps asking for these to be resolved over and over again…

all matrix clients are kinda bad in their own way i don't know why

i use fluffychat because it looks nice although saying i use it might be a bit of a stretch since i don't actually talk to anyone
