whatmin whatmin i found a cheap vps host where you can get a 1vcpu 2GB 64gb ssd VPS for only 1.20 eurobucks and you don't even have to pay 1 year upfront like you usually need to do with these kind of super cheap hosts

the company is hong kong based though and the control panel apart from being very sluggish is half in russian, but they let you create an account over tor and pay in monero

what do i think about this?

I'm surprised web hosting is so cheap in general. There can't be that many customers. Maybe it's just an example of actual competition.

there's probably very little operating cost, even when it comes to well known/reputable VPS providers you're not actually 100% guaranteed the cpu speeds you're buying as they overprovision, so if for whatever reason there's a spike in usage cpu time will be shared with other users, and this hoster probably overprovsions as hell

the uplink you're getting is only 100mbit too, but still even just for the static ipv4 ip the price is worth it
