Daisoujou's design is based on the Buddhist mummies, Sokushinbutsu (即身仏, literally "Buddhist monk preserved as is"). These monks performed self-mummification by starving themselves for about three years. At the end of these three years, they were entombed alive with just enough room to sit crosslegged. A tube was placed in the ground, leading to the tomb for air. The monk had a bell with him and every day, someone would listen for the bell to make sure the monk was still alive. When the bell no longer rang, the air tube was removed and the tomb was completely sealed. A thousand days later, the body would be exhumed. If it was preserved, it was revered as a god and were said that one will appear in front of people on the day of salvation.

Yeah it works quite well on Yuzu now even on modest hardware The Wii U version is less taxing to emulate on CEMU.

I plan on emulating BoTW 2 when it comes out if they don't have some PREDICTABLE new anti-piracy measure.

You just don't have a comfortable PC setup probably, both software and hardware.

N64/PS1 and before has completely perfect emulators, with Retroarch CRT shaders and a unified interface. PS2/Gamecube/Wii is really good. PS3 is hit or miss. Switch emulation is better than a real Switch already though, just looks better and runs better, the Switch is so weak.

The entire emulation community exists on the premise that we all pretend we dump the games from our own discs/cartridges, if you don't, then politely lie about it and we'll politely pretend to believe you, it's amazing how people are too stupid to do this and come into official emulator channels with "hurr durr i downloaded game and it no work"
