Ate a two year expired multivitamin this morning and two 50 mg zinc tablets on an empty stomach cause i was feelin' like taking care of my wellbeing, and I vomited and diarrea'd eveything my body could at work for like 2 hours, it really hurt and was really scary.
Also I was on the toilet one time when i needed to vomit and I vomited on the floor next to the toilet.
I'm going to be in big trouble tomorrow, I'm scared. They're probably gonna think it was pee.

Oh god im really scared they're be wondering who did and theyre gonna find out quickly and they're gonna say why didnt you tell someone you vomited but I really couldnt think of anyone to tell and I didnt want to tell anyone and I was really exhausted.
