years ago when i was a kid i think 11 or 12 i for some reason became convinced i was gonna get a remote control tank that shot bb pellets for christmas
i think my father mentioned seeing one or something

anyway during the night as i awoke from the excitement i crept into the living room and spied in the moonlight a pile of presents including a fairly large box
that must be it

turns out it was a fucking boxed desk chair to go with my flat pack desk my parents also got me
it was seriously cringe and my day was immeasurably ruined

had a dream i was walking in the park with my gay friends(nico and maki) talking about why people stopped smoking(nico hates smokers and thinks they're gross, maki didn't seem to care) and then we went to an underground idol show and nico was really having fun but maki was pretending to be aloof but by the end maki really got into it but then for the last song nico used her stature to sneak to the front which got maki really annoyed and we had to spend a half hour after the show to regroup with her because the cell towers were overloaded and maki was PISSED and started yelling and i was kind of uncomfortable but then nico was crying since she was really sorry and they forgave each other and then we took the bus home and they got off at their stop and i climbed a ladder to get into my bedroom window so they woudnt know i was out late and went to sleep content from hanging out with my friends then i woke up
