No, but it's not nearly as bad as George Floyd's that's why people aren't that upset.

He stole a cop's taser and tried to shoot it at them while running away.

Would I shoot him because of that? No, and I don't think it's justified especially since it missed and there was 2 cops.

If it was only 1 cop he could have argued that he was worried he'd get tazed then steal his gun.
