I've bought sencha from Amazon a few times, I've always felt that it's been old and stored improperly, and lacking in quality.

Just ordered this though, $25 for 100g is expensive for sencha but the other choice is $33 shipping from Japanese websites.

Only people I've found on Amazon that I could piece together that I'm getting 2020 harvested tea, and seem to care about quality.

Hopefully it's decent.

You put the tea in literally any container with 70-90C water for a minute, then strain it.

1) Buy a water boiler (those things in every Japanese house that keep water at a certain temperature)

2) Heat water in a pot on the stove and use a meat thermometer to check the temperature.
