You probably picked a bad example, she looks to be in her early 30s. That Iranian looked in her early 30s mybe late 20's but then all I have seen of her are shotty clips with lots of makeup, I have not looked into it but by her breasts and strange appearance I think she may have had plastic surgery too.
Ageing is a complex issue but much of it resolves around skin damage. First of all, the people you picked are all media personalities, they are naturally going to look after their skin and Vegans also tend to look after themselves better than the average person as well(not hard), they tend to cut out surgery things as well. Having said all this, none of the vegans I have met in real life have aged well, they all look their age or older.

>>27409By her facial structure mainly, it can be harder to tell by other means from shots like that with women who are notorious for making them selves seem as young as possible, were you to meet her in real life she would look older still. However on this shot
>>27409 you can still see slight wrinkles around her eyes and even mouth in a neutral expression, were she smiling or the lighting different she may look older. Also, I sad not to post her.

>>27454There are many things that hard hard to get or even impossible to get without supplements through a vegan diet. Like B12 and Carnosines(which are thought to help prevent ageing) and even things like the Protein which is found in nuts the body will absorb less efficiently, it absorbs something like 50% of the Protein in nuts but 80% of that in meat. Having said this, if you were a vegan and you researched what you are doing and made sure to take all the vitamins you need there probably would not be that much of an ill effect.

>>27461I take like 40 pills of supplements/vitamins per day and I eat meat, it's not that hard to take a fucking pill

I mean honestly it is kind of hard when you take all of them at once you have to eat a big meal and it's hard you need lots of water
