I have mild scoliosis.

You can't fix it. I have been manually fixing my posture and stretching for years, it doesn't fix it.

It really bothers me since I started lifting weights, because it makes my chest and shoulders look uneven unless I manually straighten myself out, which I do when I'm around other people.

I wish I listened to adults telling me about posture when I was a kid. They didn't warn me enough about scoliosis.
