I started playing Majora's Mask yesterday, I've never finished it before, always quit right before stone temple. Trying to play it quickly as intended, no unnecessary stuff.

I'm at the part where you need a blue potion to go through the well, but you need an empty bottle to get a red potion first, but I have both bottles filled with mushrooms, and there's no way to empty these bottles except selling them at the curiosity shop after 10PM. Why is this ok?

Stuff like this was always why I quit here. I think my IQ has improved though since I last played, but filling both my bottles with mushroom was low-IQ.

I don't think it was intended to be played quickly. My favorite thing about Majora's Mask was exploring Termina, getting to know all of the people who live there, and filling out the Bombers' Notebook. Completing the main story was just a cherry on the top.

I mean intended as in no glitches or cheats.

I mean quickly as in generally no side quests.

I've seen most of the side quests and extra content already, just not anything past stone temple.

It's over, I guess I could go back and beat the final boss without using fierce deity mask, but other than that, I have nothing else I'd like to do in this game.
