I would like to be slimmer.

I don't understand the point of lifting. You are not going to be lifting in ten years. All that stretched out skin and worn out muscle is just going to look disgusting. Lifting is not natural. There is no functional use for the muscle groups that are enhanced. They are not muscles that get toned from working or doing natural activities.

Supplements and protein is cheating, stop fooling yourselves. Lifting and bodybuilding is just a waste of time all around. Yes, you feel nice and women look at you more, but anyone who isn't retarded could figure out that you're compensating for something, whether it be your looks, your personality, your intelligence, or you dick size.
