Money.

You need money even if you're tall and attractive, because almost no female will enter into a relationship with a broke NEET unless they're a literal 10/10 in looks, so good looking that they could make money of their looks and not be NEET anyway.

But if you're a true manlet, basically 5'5" or below, then you need even more income to compensate. Like top 30%, above $50,000 USD a year at least.
