Do you actually get these often? I increase this when I go to sleep but otherwise you shouldn't see these unless 30 seconds between posts.

Had to wait like 30 minutes once.

Got this one when I tried to post with my legit IP, had to reset my router to post.

I've only ever had it at 5 and 8 minutes.

Which, depending on your mindset may understandably feel like 30 minutes.

you can go to abuseat.org and delist your IP yourself
