Thus, you would never be a millionare, because you would never invest invest in something that will garner in value because its initial price doesn't fit your arbitrary criteria of cheap.

Although you would never jump in front of a car of your own volition, you're more likely to accidentally trip and fall into one, but you're never going to accidentally buy into the monopoly money at the right time because of that.
