I saw it a long time ago. It was definitely reminiscent of one of those classic JC Staff/Madhouse shows like Nekojiru-sou or Mind Games or Kaiba, although I can't recall who precisely was responsible for the art direction in those ones. I remember it reminded me of the director of Tekonkinkreet in that it had the whole two brothers/friends motif that I think the director of that film is very partial to. I remember not having high hopes but ultimately liking it. It really is too bad I basically remember nothing of it, except that it was mildly vulgar in a fairly entertaining way. Some sexual slapstick and stuff.
