It is ultimately a good thing.
The more homeless people there are, the faster change and revolution will come.
I am a future homeless person (unless there's some sort of major systematic change) and sympathetic but at the same time enjoy seeing homeless and poverty numbers go up preferably as fast as possible, and not slowly.
