I've been playing MGSV on Linux on a gaming laptop. I installed Linux Mint 19 on it after windows got a bunch of viruses and I couldn't afford an antivirus program.

If you executed a malicious binary you need to just reinstall an OS, you should never keep using that OS again.

Grats on the Linux gaming though.
