I think DXM or DPH did the most damage to me but I did recover fully after a year of being sober. It wasn't until I did LSA that I quit because that trip made me realize how pointless doing all of that shit was….and all the charcoal I had to drink at the hospital.

Out of your list benzos and amphetamines look the scariest for long term damage.
