Yes. Post college grads are mobikg into small box apartments xonstructed in old wearhouse structures. Its all glass windows that are digitally set up to go any where from transparent to opeich.

I sae it on hgtv. They just have some furnature outside and then a shower, living space, kitchen, and ben in a studio setting. Everything is run on an ipad and iphone.

Personally I hate the idea. You spend all that money to live like a hipster with no real security. Even in Tokyo there are cheap afortable houses.
